Two auctions offer both online and on-site bidding.
Our two timed auctions are online only. You can visit our Donna facility for help bidding online; our team will be there to assist.

Bid on-site in Donna, TX

All in-person bidding takes place at our Donna, Texas facility. Stop at the registration desk with a current photo ID to receive your bidder number.

Review the sale catalog before auction day.
On-site bidding is offered for two of our auctions. Our timed auctions require online bids, with assistance available on-site.

Inspect the item

Inspect at our Donna facility Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Other locations are by appointment. All items sell as is, where is, with all faults. Once a bid is placed, lot cancellations are not permitted.

Place your bid

Bid through our website or at the Donna facility for auctions offering on-site bidding. Timed auctions accept online bids only; our team can help you bid online while you are at our facility. Confirm the lot before placing your bid.

10% / 12% Buyer's Premium

10% on-site or 12% online, plus applicable taxes and fees.
Auction Day Payment

Be ready to pay when you win. Payment is expected on auction day, with no more than three business days after the auction to pay.
15 business days Pickup

Pick up purchased items within fifteen business days after the auction. Storage charges apply afterward under the bidder terms.

Payments beyond the three business day deadline are subject to late fees. STA must confirm payment in full before releasing any lot. Confirm the lot’s location and arrange pickup with the appropriate yard. Titled items are subject to title processing and availability.
